I have to say that this body shape is my very favorite. It just says 'hug me'. It must since my 3 yr old niece is sleeping with her Poxley. But I'm not quite sure what this guy's story is. The eye patch idea came from Gerrie but somehow the little cape and tie got added in. Makes me think of a little kid playing dress up with anything available. The ribbon on his eye patch didn't quite meet at the back (measure twice, cut once, sigh) so I stuck a small splat as a closure. I like the furry fabric though, it's very pastel. Since I didn't use any buttons this one is safe to give to my new grandbaby who should be here in about 10 days!

Oh i love this one's body shape...teehee i just love these critters

Posted by: Linda Fleming at October 6, 2007 2:28 PMYep...he certainly looks hugable....10 days...oh grandma you have so much to look forward too.
Posted by: Auntie Linda at October 6, 2007 6:16 PMI can't decide if I like the "hug me" or the original body shape from your first 2 plushes better. They are both my favorites!! I always like it when you add a little bow to the monsters.
As for this particular plushie, he looks 45% dracula, 45% pirate and a wee bit gentleman with his tie.

He is so cute and your grandbaby arrived just in time to play with him.

Congrats on the cover!!!! Way to go. This is what we were meant to do hey? Make cloth dolls and enjoy ourselves doing it.
