One of the things that I like about this time of year are the sales - in the craft shops. I love buying things for dolls that aren't meant for them! Like this tassel ornament. It's really a light pink although I couldn't quite capture the color.

I also wanted to show this photo .. it is a round robin doll I'm working on. I added the skirt - which is a gourd - a Crown of Thorns gourd. Sherry Goshon turned me onto them and taught me how to work with them. As soon as I finish the journal I can send her on.

That tassel ornament is gorgeous! But the doll is what grabbed my eye! I love her! And I'm so glad to know that gourd's name. I have one, but didn't know what the heck it was! (Helen sent it to me last year.) I kept trying to figure out what to make from it. You are CLEVER, girl!

I am SO glad I got to go on my vacation BEFORE I saw what you had done to this doll -- nobody in this group just adds normal body parts the way I expected them to! Ah, creativity. Gotta love it! I need to find a turbo charger for my Idea Generator though. What to do... what to do...
Looking forward to my turn with her,
