The socks are done!

Had a blast at the yarn shop today - you'd never know we had a sock class going on amid the gales of laughter coming from our table. Our class table ended up being the place for everyone to hang out and knit and we had 6 or 7 gals on and off all afternoon. Nothing like doll classes! But then they aren't quite as portable are they? So here are the socks .. not very pretty but I learned what I needed to ..

Judi, those are wonderful! I wish I had a class when I wanted to learn how to knit socks... it took me years and years of trial and error to learn knitting techniques.

They look pretty good to me. And you'll be hooked once you were them when it's chilly. You need a lot more to ward off the chilly in your neighborhood. I watch the Deadliest Catch now and I think about you there in Alaska with every episode.

Not very pretty... Those socks are awesome! And I think that color combination is VERY pretty! I would steal those from you and wear them all the time. And now you must make socks with bunnies on them!

Green and purple are my FAVORITE colors -- you have got to love that self-striping yarn! If those were mine I'd never take them off.
