The Protector of Easter Candy

My friend Jacque came out with a darling little pattern called Angel of Stress/Protector of Chocolate. A lovely little female creature whose skirt is meant to be a holder of chocolate kisses (the Hershey type). My version came out a bit different ... is that a surprise?

Protector of Easter Candy

I could not get the clay to do what I wanted and when I made this little block head it made me think of the monoliths on Easter Island ... ergo the Protector of Easter Candy.

"Amazing" doesn't begin to cover this piece. Wow. Certainly gives new meaning to "prim"! I'm working on this pattern too, and now my brain is spinning with new directions to take it. LOVE it!

She is so different to the other dolls that she took me by surprise for a moment. But she is so wonderful I love the way you have used the grey colour so effectively.

He he, I have to admit I've come back a few times to have a look before I posted. I had to check out what a monolith is and sure enough I see what your talking about, and decided that I like her afterall. Love the silver colors that you used too.
