The Fantasy Chair - stage 1
I'd been waffling about taking Jean Bernard's fantasy chair class for a while now but when Shashi posted her finished chair it blew me away. I went and signed up right then and there, LOL. So here is the first stage of my chair - the armature is built and covered in apoxy sculpt. I'm not sure what the business at the center top is ... some kind of skewed Viking horns?
You have a great start on your chair, Judi. I hope we get to see progress photos as you work on it.

It already has good 'bones', and my guess is, you WON'T (DESPITE what you told me) stop at making one. It'll be like the Plushies! You'll have fantasy chairs EVERYWHERE! LOL! Seriously, ANYTHING a person learns from ANY of lil' Jean's classes will come out beautifully because she sets people up for success AND her projects are fun & wonderful! (No, she isn't paying me to say that. BWAHAHAHAHA!)
