Raggedy Cassie?

raggedy cassieI'm not sure this little girl should go live with Ruby. She's really demanding and has a foul mouth. I was doing her hair and she started talking to me and she wasn't nice about it either. I said .. "Excuse me?" She said her name was Cassie, she was from Texas, and she wanted big hair. I was like .. oookay. Then she said she wanted blond highlights. What? Raggedies don't have highlights. She didn't care and said if I didn't give them to her .. well, she started badmouthing and threatening me. So I gave in. Then she refused, absolutely refused, to wear the slippers I made her. Said that if they weren't stilletos she wasn't going to wear them. Fine. She can go barefoot. I don't care. I told her that I didn't like her attitude and that I wasn't sure I was going to send her to live with a 3 year old. She shut up after that - hasn't said another word!

LOL ... what a bossy little missy this Cassie from Texas is. I'm sure that Ruby will have a great time showing her around at her house.

She's darling and sounds like she belongs in Texas. Too funny!

Ah, the comments are back - yeah! I think any doll going to a 3 year old is going to NEED all that attitude. (Seriously, the "terrible two's" can't even begin to compete with a cantankerous 3 year old, LOL.) I'm glad you kept that cool stripe conjunction on her feet. The little ribbon is just the right touch, and I wish highlights looked so good on me.

Oh my gosh she is soooo cute. She is a Southern Sassy girl too. I know about those girls since I am one. :) A redhead too but no blonde highlights. :)

She is really sweet. I adore her. I am playing blog catch-up my favorite dolls are your nephew & friend's GD. Little cutie pies.

WOOOOOOHOOOOO! I can FINALLY comment on your blog again! I'm so, so happy! LOVE the doll! Love the commentary even more! LOL! BEING a Texan, I know about that big-hair thing. AND the stillettoes thing. Oh, I don't have either - bare feet & curls for me - but it's a trend here. Your doll is darling and will give such pleasure to the child who receives her. YOU are a doll to make these!
