tara's bouquetMy eldest daughter came over today and we made her bridal bouquet. The last time I made one of these was when I made my own. She had a book with the bouquet she wanted but who ever follows instructions! We didn't even use the proper flowers but we did use their basic layout. I did learn to use hot glue on the ends of the stems to help hold the flowers in. Although some did fall out so we had to fill the holes with glue and then put the flower back in. I hope the flowers don't fall out when she walks down the aisle in August. She's happy with it so I'm happy too!

I made my daughters Wedding Bouquets and one of their wedding dresses. It's fun doing and making things for your daughters wedding.

It's just STRIKING, Judi! I'm so glad you and Tara are getting to do this special event together. She's lucky to have her mom nearby to help plan and to be a part of her special time! AND she's lucky you are so great at creating lovely things!

Its a beautiful bouquet. Well done you. Is the dress going to have some input from you too. Lovely to be able to do something special for the outfit. She will always treasure the bouquet because you made it.
