Another shift - Zentangles

My first tangles
I took a Zentangle class last weekend. Lots of fun and I find myself doing some of these doodles every night. It's a good way to unwind after dinner and before I knit! The bottom one was done in class, and the top one I did the next night. I find that I have to slow down and be more careful in my drawing else I end up with a mess!

The doll I was working on? She is still giving me fits so she has been set aside for the moment. Maybe I'll get her done someday. If not she'll end up on the unfinished dolll shelf! Poor thing! Maybe that will give her an attitude adjustment though. :)

I have never heard of this technique before. It looks great. Grown up doodling!

Love your zentangles. They are fun. I haven't done one in a long time. Been hearing more and more about zentangles this month.
That will teach your doll to act right or she will sit on the shelf for a long time. :-)

You & Courtney are GOOOOOOOD at these, Jude! I keep TRYING not to want to do some of them (think serious abundance of craft supplies - LOL!) but it's very tempting! As for your doll, I say teach that young lady a lesson & set her aside till she can be more cooperative! LOVE YOU!

I lost your blog addy for a few days as I was following you on bloglines and they have closed down. But here I am now back again and I love those zentangles. Wish I could attend a class like that.
